- You walk us through the current state — tools, team, where engineering work is bottlenecking
- We tell you honestly whether the embedded retainer or starter sprint fits your situation
- If it doesn't fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere else
- If it does, we follow up with a scope conversation by email
