Simple4u runs a piece of your operation. We embed as your full-stack technical team — software development, AI infrastructure, creative production, SEO and content, ongoing operations — all under one monthly retainer. We don't sell projects. We don't sell subscriptions. The work compounds because the team stays put across quarters.

Most of our clients are digital-native businesses with $1–10M ARR — agencies, SaaS founders, e-commerce operators — who need senior engineering judgment without the 6-month timeline and $200K cost of building an in-house team. We hit that gap at $10–15K/mo, embedded.

Why we exist

Most "AI for business" pitches are SaaS subscriptions wrapped in dashboard demos. The real value is in the engineering work that surrounds the AI — the integrations, the infrastructure, the ongoing iteration as the business changes. That work doesn't fit in a $50/mo subscription, and it doesn't fit in a fixed-scope agency contract either.

We built Simple4u as an engineering firm because that's what the work is. We open-sourced our core platform (SAE4U Agent, sae4u-memory) so clients aren't locked in and so the technical credibility is auditable, not just claimed.

What we do

Software development — custom web, mobile, API engineering. Net-new builds, rebuilds, integrations.
AI infrastructure — custom AI agents embedded in your tools (Telegram, Slack, web). Self-learning knowledge base. Built on our open source platform.
Marketing operations — SEO + GEO, AI marketing-bot, competitor analytics, Google Keyword Planner API, Playwright audits, full GA4 instrumentation.
Creative production — AI-assisted video for social channels. Real footage, automated post-production, brand-consistent at volume.
Operations partner — on-call engineering, dev sprints, evolutionary changes, fractional CTO advisory backup.

The team

Six humans plus one AI team member (SAE4U Agent itself, dogfooded inside the firm). Small enough that you work with the same people across the engagement, deep enough to cover the five service lines without outsourcing. The same engineers who built our open source platform are the ones embedded in your operation — no hand-off to junior account managers.

Engagement model

Two ways to engage:

Embedded retainer ($10–15K/mo) — full engineering firm engagement. 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Default model, where most of our clients sit.
Starter engagement ($5–10K total, 4–6 weeks) — bounded sprint with one specific deliverable (SEO audit, MVP build, AI agent setup, etc.). Fixed scope, fixed fee. Converts to retainer with 50% credit if both sides want — or ends clean.

Open source

We open-sourced the platform we use ourselves. Two repos under Simple4uhq:

SAE4U Agent (Apache 2) — multi-tenant AI agent platform with self-learning KB. Self-hostable.
sae4u-memory (MIT) — persistent memory architecture for Claude Code and other AI agents. On PyPI.
SHAITS standard — published self-audit framework for trustworthy self-hosted AI. Honest scoring, no marketing claims.

Free to self-host. We engage when clients want help running it in production or building custom integrations on top. More on /open-source.

Engineer with 30+ years of programming, audio production, and video work behind me. Russian-Ukrainian background, based in NYC. Started Simple4u as a digital agency in 2023, evolved it into an embedded engineering firm in 2026 after the work itself made the agency model obsolete.

I run the firm hands-on. Every engagement starts with a 15-minute call with me — no SDR, no funnel theater. If the embedded retainer model fits, we engage. If not, I'll say so and point you somewhere else.
